Smaakprofiel
Helder strogeel van kleur met een fijne en aanhoudende perlage. Het intense aroma onthult groene appel, Conference peer, grapefruit en witte acacia bloesem. In de mond is de prosecco fris en harmonieus met uitgesproken tonen van rijpe perzik, acaciahoning en een subtiele minerale ondertoon. De afdronk is elegant en evenwichtig met een aangename fruitige nasmaak die lang aanhoudt. De rijping in roestvrijstalen tanks behoudt de frisse, levendige karakteristiek.
