Lavandin is groter en bossiger dan de echte lavendel, heeft een hoge olieopbrengst, wordt in het laagland geteeld en kan dus machinaal worden geoogst. Lavandin wordt in de natuurgeneeskunde gebruikt voor de behandeling van huidproblemen, voor baden, kompressen en om de lucht in kamers te verbeteren.

De kruidachtig-frisse essentiële olie Lavandin demeter is eerder stimulerend en activerend dan de echte lavendel. Ze is uitstekend geschikt voor desinfectie en geurneutralisatie. Op fysiek niveau werkt ze activerend en is daarom een interessante etherische olie voor sporters. Ze heeft ook een tonisch effect op de huid en wordt daarom ook gebruikt in adermengsels. Wij betrekken onze essentiële lavandinolie van onze biologische teeltpartner in Italië, Piemonte in gecontroleerde biodynamische kwaliteit.
