Ottima la persistenza fruttata grazie ad un’acidità sempre presente.Il Valtellina Superiore Inferno DOCG “La Cruus” nasce da uve nebbiolo in purezza, localmente noto con il nome di “chiavennasca”, raccolte a mano nei vigneti posti su suoli tipicamente sabbiosi. Dopo la fermentazione il vino è posto 12 mesi in legno per maturare il proprio carattere. Un rosso di struttura ma capace di esprimersi con grande eleganza.
