Ottenuto da uve corvina veronese e rondinella, raccolte e selezionate a mano, fermenta avviene in vasche di acciaio inox e affina, successivamente, per 3 mesi nei medesimi contenitori. Dal piacevolissimo equilibrio tra componente fruttata e acidità, è un vino da provare assolutamente.
Ottimo in accompagnamento ad antipasti toscani a base di lardo, salumi e bruschette, è ideale anche con i primi di terra.
