L'interpretazione di Giovanni Dri Il Roncat ci restituisce un vino esuberante e riconoscibile, munito delle proprie connotazioni varietali. Fermenta sulle vinacce per circa 20 giorni. Affina in acciaio inox.
Le pappardelle al cinghiale sono l'abbinamento perfetto; non teme, poi, il confronto con saporiti brasati o stracotti.
