Dit boek bevat 8 complete weekmenu's, 40 heerlijke recepten en een schat aan informatie over afvallen in het algemeen. De manier van eten die Natalia en Walter laten zien kun je met gemak en plezier jarenlang volhouden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de kilo's die je kwijtraakt voorgoed wegblijven.

Project Gezond is ontstaan in 2015 vanuit Natalia haar passie voor voeding en gezondheid en Walter zijn passie voor koken. Inmiddels is gebleken dat dit een perfecte combinatie is. Project Gezond begon als een online afslankprogramma waarbij leden elke week een nieuw weekmenu en nieuwe recepten ontvangen. Iedereen ontvangt zoveel persoonlijke ondersteuning als hij of zij nodig heeft. Daarnaast is er een enorm actieve besloten community waar alle leden aan deel mogen nemen. Vanwege de vele verzoeken die vanuit de online community kwamen hebben Natalia en Walter ervoor gekozen om Project Gezond ook 'offline' beschikbaar te maken in de vorm van dit boek.

I saw these advertised on Instagram and immediately purchased a 4 pack. I really wanted them to work but after trying them on 4-5 different steel surfaces I couldn't'[t get any of them to stick well or hold anything heavier than a wet towel. Maybe a bad batch? A shame.
