Achtergrondinformatie: Karine en Christian bezitten wijngaarden in de gemeente Sury-en- Vaux die tot de beste in de Sancerre worden gerekend. Christian is oorspronkelijk een succesvolle akkerbouwer, maar heeft het oude model van een gemengd bedrijf opgegeven om te specialiseren in wijn. Karine en Christian produceren niet alleen witte Sancerre, maar ook een super rose? en rode wijn van de oorspronkelijke druivensoort van de Sancerre: pinot noir.
