Vitigni a bacca rossa e a bacca bianca che hanno trovato in questa zona le condizioni ideali per una perfetta maturazione, da cui Mandrarossa riesce a produrre vini di grande personalità ed eleganza. Il grecanico per esempio predilige terreni costieri caratterizzati da sabbia e da dune, la vicinanza al mare gli conferisce infatti profumi, freschezza e sapidità. È così che nasce il Costadune, affascinante bianco dannata frutto di una vinificazione in sole vasche di acciaio, perfetto compagno per una bella serata tra amici.
Ottimo come aperitivo, si abbina a formaggi freschi, tabulè di verdure, carni bianche arrosto, petto doca, carpacci di carne su letto di rucola e grana, antipasti di pesce.
