De wijnen van Aldo Vajra worden gekenmerkt door ongerepte smaken en duidelijk gedefinieerde aroma’s. Deze karakters zijn toe te schrijven aan de positie van de wijngaarden op ongeveer 400 meter boven zeeniveau in het dorp Vergne in de gemeente Barolo. G.D. Vajra werd opgericht in 1972 en vernoemd naar Aldo's vader, Giuseppe Domenico. Aldo heeft het wijndomein geleidelijk uitgebreid tot zestig hectare, gelegen op uitstekende locaties als Bricco delle Viole, Ravera, Fossati, La Volta, Coste di Vergne en Coste di Rose. Aldo, een traditionalist, houdt zich aan oude wijnbereidingsmethoden, zoals lange rijping op vat voor zijn Barolo, maar combineert dit met nieuwe technieken, zoals een verstandig gebruik van eik, om buitengewoon elegante wijnen te produceren.Handmatige oogst voor Barbera D'Alba
De druiven voor deze Barbera d'Alba wordt meestal geoogst in de tweede helft van september. Om de beste aroma's vast te leggen, worden de druiven van elke wijngaard geplukt in zijn eigen optimale rijpingsstadium. Hierdoor worden pakketten individueel gefermenteerd gedurende gemiddeld vijftien tot twintig dagen bij een vrije temperatuur onder de dertig graden. Terwijl Barbera vaak wordt behandeld met kortere en krachtigere maceraties, werkt Vajra graag met zachte punch downs en dopspoelingen voor langere periodes, om alleen de beste tannines uit de schil te halen. Daarna volgt malolactische gisting in roestvrij staal. Deze rode wijn heeft veertien maanden in roestvrijstaal gerijpt. De neus is rijk en levendig, met paarse bloemen, bosbessen en pruimen, met een vleugje zoete kruiden en verse tijm. De smaak is dicht en gelaagd, absoluut charmant en strelend, met een elegante zuurgraad, rijp fruit zoals zoete bramen, veenbessen en een aanhoudende afdronk van zoethout en anijs.Shipping Notes

Comfortable, Simple, Reliable

This is a phenomenal product, and exactly what I wanted. I used to have wrist pain while gaming; I bought this, and then completely forgot that I used to get wrist pain while gaming.
The foam is firm, but comfortable; it’s very supportive, but also flat and consistent. It’s cool, so my wrist never gets sweaty or hot just from using the wrist rest. Its rubberized bottom prevents it from moving at all while gaming. I’ve used it for about a year, and the foam has no indentation at all; in fact, there’s not noticeable wear of any kind.
My one complaint, that I’ve seen in other reviews as well, is that the fabric skin of the wrist rest isn’t quite fit over the foam: there’s some extra material, and it can wrinkle slightly.
Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the product! It’s completely eliminated my wrist pain, and I’ve gotten a year of use out of it with no problems so far. I’d say that’s more than worth the fair price, and I would buy it again without hesitation!

Very High Quality Memory Gel Foam

Firmness is pretty solid, this material is high quality. This isn't that kind of foam that will start loosing it's shape after a year or two, this is a firm gel like substance and it's pretty comfortable.
The color is black as I expected, it's shape is rectangle just like in the pictures, it's appearance is as described.
The only think is that they do use a polyester cover, which does appear as though it may wrinkle over time, and it will likely not outlast the Gel Foam inside. Like I said though the Gel Foam is legit Gel Foam, I have heard these claims before only to find out that it's something far cheaper, that's not this.

If you spend more than a few hours a day at your keyboard, stop what you’re doing and buy this wrist rest immediately. I was starting to feel serious strain after long typing sessions, and this simple accessory has completely eliminated the discomfort. It’s a true game changer for desk ergonomics.

Well worth it

Very comfortable and robust. This definitely looks and feels like a premium item. I had bought a few alternatives that were cheaper and they fell apart quickly. This one seems to have pretty resilient stitching and the fabric doesn’t bunch up which could cause a tear. The base has a non slip texture so it’s not going anywhere without some force. The cooling feel is a nice touch too.
