Lindeboom kopen

De originele lindeboom, ook wel de ''Tilia Europaea Euchlora'' genoemd, is een echte Noord-Europese boom. De lindeboom past daarom ook perfect in dit klimaat en iedere tuineigenaar zou daarom ook in principe een lindeboom kunnen kopen. Maar wat de lindeboom echt bijzonder maakt is zijn kroonvormige groei en zijn platte takken waar bijna ronde blaadjes aangroeien. Wanneer deze boom iets langer in uw tuin staat, zult u zien dat de boom ontzettend mooi vol groeit. De stam en de bast zijn glad en de kleur daarvan is groen/bruin, prachtig om op te zien groeien. We moeten wel heel eerlijk zeggen, wanneer u een iets kleinere tuin heeft, dan is de lindeboom wellicht geen goede boom voor u. De boom is namelijk slechts verkrijgbaar vanaf 250 cm en kan met snoeien op een gezonde 3 meter hoog blijven. In dat geval is het echt een kleine lindeboom. Ondanks het feit dat het een echte hoogstam boom is en de bladeren dus hoog beginnen met vertakken, kan deze boom in een kleine tuin dus best wel wat zicht wegnemen.

De lindeboom heeft totaal geen bladluizen. In de herfst kleurt het blad geel en daarna valt het blad af. Onder andere de groeiwijze kan u laten kiezen om de lindeboom te kopen.

De lindeboom en zijn eigenschappen

Voordat u denkt: ''Ik weet genoeg, de boom ziet er leuk uit en ik heb een beste grote tuin, ik ga de lindeboom kopen'', willen we toch nog het één en ander over de boom vertellen, zodat u een goede keuze kunt maken. Ook hoe u de boom kunt planten, snoeien en verzorgen vertellen we u zometeen nog. Deze lindeboom op stam heeft namelijk nog een paar kenmerken, waarbij u kunt kijken of deze boom bij u past:

  1. De lindeboom kan heel erg oud worden, maar ook heel erg hoog. Wanneer u de lindeboom niet bijsnoeit kan de lindeboom in tientallen jaren groeien naar de 25 meter. Geen zorgen, u kunt hem ook op 3/4 meter houden.
  2. Deze boom groeit letterlijk op elke grond even goed, hij heeft geen voorkeur. Dit komt omdat de boom perfect past in dit klimaat. Droge of vochtige grond, het maakt niks uit.
  3. De lindeboom staat overigens het liefst niet de hele tijd in de schaduw.
  4. In juni/juli bloeit de lindeboom op met gele geurende bloemen. Dit is echt mooi om te zien. De kleur is bescheiden, maar het past prachtig bij de boom en de lichte geur is ook heerlijk.
  5. In de herfst wordt het blad geeloranje, mooi om te zien.

Soorten lindebomen

De lindebomen zijn erg in trek in Noord-Europa en we hebben er hier ook echt tientallen soorten van. Alleen al bij de lindebomen op stam zijn er 3 soorten op te noemen die veel voorkomen. Dit zijn de volgende:

  1. Koningslinde (Tilia europaea Pallida) Deze lijkt het meest op deze variant, maar de bladeren hiervan zijn iets groter, anders gevormd en minder helder groen.
  2. Winterlinde (Tilia cordata Greenspire) Dit is de meest robuuste van zijn broertjes. Deze wordt het grootst en breedst.
  3. Zilverlinde (Tilia tomentosa Brabant) Dit is qua kleur onze favoriet. De stam en bast is grijzer en de er zitten zilveren bladeren tussen. Echt wel uniek.

Planten, snoeien en verzorgen

Planten

En dan staan we daar uiteindelijk voor u deur met de lindeboom. En wat dan? Nou de eerste stap kunt u waarschijnlijk wel raden, deze boom moet geplant worden. We hebben voor u een handige aanplant handleiding gemaakt voor het aanplanten. Hier staat uitgelegd hoe om te gaan wanneer de boom is geleverd tot en met het aanplanten. Volg deze stappen goed op want dit is de basis voor de juiste groei. Vind u het toch lastig de lindeboom zelf te planten? Wij kunnen altijd vrijblijvend een offerte maken voor het aanplanten. Zo kunt u een lindeboom kopen en alle zorgen uit handen laten nemen. Contact ons in dat geval even.

Snoeien

Het is van belang dat u de lindeboom snoeit in de periode van november tot en met maart, omdat deze boom dan stilstaat qua groei. In april komen de eerste sappen al weer vrij en kan de boom doodbloeden wanneer u hem dan snoeit. Dat klinkt niet goed en is niet goed, want dan zult u echt een nieuwe moeten kopen. Verder kunt u de boom snoeien op de hoogte van wat u mooi vindt (boven de 3 meter). Het is verstandig om de boom terug te snoeien in de kroonvorm.

Verzorgen

De boom heeft vrij weinig verzorging nodig. Denk bij het aanplanten aan de Aanplantgrond en wanneer het droog is heeft de boom natuurlijk wat extra water van u nodig. Verder is deze boom zeer praktisch in onderhoud.

Easy to put together, color (mustard) accurate to images, and while I understand this is not a high-end chair, I feel like it still needs to be rated for its quality. Pros: the seat cushions are fairly comfortable and it rolls well. Adjustable footrest is easy enough and mostly sturdy. Cons: For a tall office chair, it doesn't go up high enough. I actually had to lower my standing desk to sit at it, which then isn't where I want it when I'm standing now. It's also a bit wobbly. The seat area's attachment to the post isn't as solid as it should be for a tall chair, so while sitting, it does tend to lean/slope forward and wobble side to side. The lumbar support is not adjustable, so I'm not even really sure what it does. And the armrests are not very comfortable to use. Since they are hard plastic, they are just a bit too rigid to rely on for any comfort. They are basically there to hold on to when you're getting out of the chair.

I have received this chair just today and would like to give my first impressions of it. Height is super adjustable as well as the foot rest. My desk is very tall (~34 inches vs standard ~29 inches) and does not suit a standard height chair. This chair's height is enough to sit comfortably at mybut also still having adjustment to be even higher. Lumbar support is a manual adjustment that can be adjusted by sliding the lumbar piece up or down and it seems it can be tiled as well. No reclining feature or slight backrest tilt adjustment. I'm used to my chairs reclining so it feels a little awkward siting in a flat base and straight backrest. I feel like I'm sitting too forward or leaning forward slightly but is probably something I can get use to. Easy to put together and feels very sturdy. Plastic parts of chair are made from a really sturdy plastic, like playhouse plastic materials. Wheels roll around carpet easily. Mesh seems to be a strong material, though the mesh feels kind itchy on bare skin. Overall, I think this is a good chair to get if you're needing a tall chair for a good value and can sacrifice no backrest tilt.

Perfect chair!

I have an adjustable-height desk (also purchased from Amazon) and needed a drafting chair for those times when my body gets tired of standing. This chair fits the bill and then some! The depth of the seat on this chair is just a little over 18 inches, and with the adjustable footrest ring, it's perfect. I don't think a tall or heavy person would fit in it, to be honest. But it's perfect for those of us who are vertically challenged. I love that it glides easily on my hardwood floors and that it turns 360 degrees. The chair comes in numerous luscious colors, so take your pick! It is very sturdy, has good lumbar support, and the seat and seat back are very comfortable. And the arms flip up, which was an absolute must when I was shopping for this chair. I got it on sale, too -- $109.00 -- and I'm delighted with this purchase.
