Vitakruid Magnesium Tauraat bevat magnesiumtauraat, een vorm van magnesium dat goed door het lichaam wordt opgenomen door de hoge biologische beschikbaarheid. Magnesiumtauraat is een organische vorm van magnesium en wordt daardoor beter opgenomen dan anorganische vormen van magnesium, zoals magnesiumchloride. Magnesiumtauraat is een verbinding van magnesium met L-taurine, een zwavelhoudend aminozuur. Deze combinatie van L-taurine en magnesium leent zich goed voor een verbetering van de gemoedstoestand, de hersenfunctie en het zenuwstelsel.

  • Magnesium speelt een rol bij botaanmaak en het behoud van sterke botten.
