Wijngaard en Productie

  • Druiven: Glera, Bianchetta, Verdiso en andere lokale variëteiten

  • Ligging: Zuid-zuidwestelijk, 120–140 meter hoogte, gemiddelde dichtheid 4.000 wijnstokken/ha

  • Oogst: Handmatig, half september, gemiddelde opbrengst 90 hl/ha

  • Weersomstandigheden: Gematigd, koude winters, warme zomers, constante briezen, groot dag-nacht temperatuurverschil

  • Vinificatie: Ontstelen en zachte persing in blaaspers, zwaartekracht-clarificatie van most, gisting bij 18–20°C, tweede fermentatie circa twee maanden in 100 hl drukvergisters
