UV Poncho's

Met een natuurlijke UPF 50+ bescherming tegen de zon en een zeer absorberende stof is de poncho de ideale metgezel voor zonnige strand- en zwembaddagen. Dankzij de lichtgewicht stof stop je hem gemakkelijk in je volle mombag!

De poncho's zijn voorzien van een voorzak, capuchon en 2 drukknopen onder de arm, zodat ze tijdens het spelen goed blijven zitten.

  • OCS-gecertificeerd biologisch katoen en bamboe
  • Getest volgens de geldende normen voor UV-beschermende stoffen (EN 13758-1). De dekens overtreffen de maximale UPF-waarde van UPF-50+. Dit betekent dat ze zelfs na twee jaar slijtage meer dan 98% schadelijke UV-straling blokkeren.

atmospheric illustrations and a story about sharing imagination

I received this book as part of the LibraryThing EarlyReviewer program. The illustrations are photographs of collage, with some digital editing to add snow effects. It's a bit of an atmospheric "kids go for a walk in the snow" book, a la The Snowy Day, but for older kids. I liked how there was a subtle background story about children trying to navigate having slightly conflicting imaginative stories. It can be a challenge for a kid to learn how to do this when playing with others. The illustrations of the dragon especially were a wonderful surprise. My 8 year old loved the book and is happy that we get to keep it.

I was immediately drawn to this book by the bewitching title and exquisite artwork. We follow two sisters, Celeste and Miriam, on their garden adventure in the magical snow. This story was the perfect length, with enchanting drawings and an adorable plot with charming sisters. Such a joy to read I will definitely be looking forward to reading this book with my daughter. I could see it being a winter favorite.
