Gebruik
1 à 2 capsules per dag met een glas water, best bij het ontbijt en/of het middagmaal.In bijzondere omstandigheden: tot 4 capsules per dag.

The main colors of this holo glitter are purple, blue, and silver. It worked perfectly for my outfit, and I honestly had no complaints.
