Alla vista si presenta con una tonalità rosso rubino leggera, tendente al mattone. Il naso è caratterizzato da sentori di frutta rossa e ciliegie, impreziositi da lievi profumi speziati. All’assaggio è di medio corpo, rotondo, ben lavorato nei tannini sottili.Un vino equilibrato, comprensibile e aggraziato: così potremmo definire questo Trentino Pinot Nero DOC targato Cavit e appartenente alla linea Bottega Vinai, un prodotto che fa dell’equilibrio e dell’eleganza la propria carta vincente. Le uve, accuratamente selezionate per rappresentare solo il meglio del terroir di provenienza, vinificano in acciaio per poi affinare in barrique e in botti di rovere. L’etichetta ideale per coloro che vogliono avvicinarsi con semplicità a questo vitigno.
Perfetto con secondi piatti a base di carni rosse e selvaggina, è da provare anche con primi conditi con sughi di carne saporiti. Dà il meglio di sé con anatra e patate.
