Our Pontoon Boat pick-up tube is made from 6061 marine grade aluminum and is designed to be mounted on the stern of your pontoon or fishing boat. This mount has a split tube prefilter design that can mount on a flat or vertical surface. The main pickup tube comes with a mount that can be adjusted up to 45 degrees to fit almost any pontoon produced. Also included is a 5 chamber diaphragm pump with run dry capabilities for normal workloads that includes a sealed connector to prevent water or corrosion from damaging the electrical circuits. The pump is designed for continuous duty to run at constant correct pressure at all times providing up to 70 PSI. Pump includes an automatic controlled pressure switch that will shut the pump off once the system is pressurized. Pump can be used for Yacht / Boat / RV / Overland potable water systems or as a boat washdown kit with pickup tube. Pump prefilter is designed with an easy view window to see debris and can be cleaned out with ease. Pump can be mounted in any position, horizontal or vertical, and maintain performance. Pump is designed to be used with ½” ID tubing or PEX.

The Boat Washdown Wire Harness is designed specifically for our Boat Washdown Systems LLC pumps and can be used with similar applications. Our wire harness is made in the USA and specifically built to be used in Marine, RV and Overland applications using metro packed connectors. Harness includes a Carling illuminated blue / blue switch that can be wired when powered on and when switch is activated, to change the illumination the rocker switch is prewired with an easy quick release plug on the backside of the switch. The wire harness is sleeved with a braided cover and designed for an easy plug and play install with a sealed 30 amp fuse, connectors and relay. The rocker switch is laser etched with our Boat Washdown Kit logo for clear identification and can be mounted up to 14’ from the battery. The length of the harness makes this ideal for most marine and automotive applications.

The hose in our Boat Washdown Kit is made in the USA, manufactured by Water Right Inc. this hose is built using a polyether-based polyurethane that is designed to prevent kinks and cracks with a no leak connection. Each hose has a 12” straight tail that makes installation onto our Boat Washdown pump or flush mount easy. The hose is designed with a 3/8” inside diameter making it light weight and easy to store. Fittings are made to resist tarnishing using solid brass that is first nickel plated then chromed. UV stabilized to support outdoor use for years and can stretch up to 80% of its overall 25’ length. This hose is designed to be BPA and Phthalate free.
