This subwoofer features a front-firing high excursion 10-inch (250mm) Polycellulose low-frequency woofer with dual rear firing tuned ports that provides deep, powerful, signature JBL bass. A full complement of controls provides for easy system integration.

10-inch (250mm) Polycellulose Ribbed Cone Low-Frequency Woofer

Each speaker in the Stage 2 series features Polycellulose ribbed cone woofers. This pure pulp cone has a proprietary mix of other materials added to improve its rigidity and the ribs echo legendary JBL designs. These woofers produce deep, accurate, room filling bass.

150-Watts RMS Amplifier (300 Watts Peak Power)

The built-in high-performance 300-watt amplifier provides impactful and memorable sound quality deserving of the JBL name. The 200P can be placed anywhere in the room and connects to your AVR to create a stereo or multi-channel home theater system with impactful bass and unprecedented performance.

Bass-Reflex Design with Dual Rear-Firing Flared Ports

The Bass-Reflex design of the 200P use dual rear-firing flared ports. This new flared design reduces the velocity of the air when exiting the speaker cabinet, eliminating any chuffing or coloration of output.
