How often should I steam ???

10 minute steam sessions are for those who are "Sensitive Steamers" and fall under any of the follow categories:
- Has a Nuva Ring or IUD (Plastic or Copper)
- First time and unsure of reaction
- 27 days or shorter menstrual cycle (mild herbs needed)
- Suffers from spontaneous bleeding
- Suffers from hot flashes & night sweats
- Has herpes or HPV
- Suffering from a yeast, bacterial or urinary tract infection
Anyone who is not considered a "Sensitive Steamer" can steam for 30 minutes.
Steaming for longer than 30 minutes is not recommended.

If you are actively trying to get rid of cysts or fibroids, consistency is key. It's best to follow a regimen for 3-6 months. You can steam for 10-30 days everyday or every other day.
If you have an active yeast, bacterial or urinary tract infection you can steam for up to 10 days until it clears up. If it doesn't clear add an additional 5 days. It is best to start steaming at the first signs of any symptoms of infection for 2-3 days which normally clears it right up!
Those steaming for postpartum recovery can steam once they have stopped bleeding for 10 days up to 30 days, everyday or every other day.
Remember because yoni steaming is a natural process it will be a slower process. Consistency is key. Please allow 3-6 months to heal problems.
