We will be painting flowers. We will work with the same materials Andrea uses to paint her original flower paintings, including: handmade Mulberry paper, gouache, acrylic paint, water soluble crayons, and oil pastels. All necessary supplies will be provided for each participant. If you’d like to bring your own special vase, tablecloth, or supplies to use as inspiration to paint you are more than welcome!

This is a 2 hour workshop. We will bring in fresh flowers from a local farm/florist and work to arrange our flowers and work on composition and color palettes. We will then work on mixing paint and painting our original pieces on hand-made mulberry paper. 

Price includes a variety of loose flower stems for making a bouquet- vase is also included and you will be able to take home your flower bouquets along with your painting at the end of the workshop. You’re welcome to bring your own tablecloth or fabric to set up your still life. 

Beginner to advanced- all art skill levels are welcome. Come with an open mind and ready to be creative and paint. Adults only 18+.
