Using the True Swing method, you'll learn how to create compression and power through a natural pendulum motion—coordinating your body, tempo, and momentum instead of forcing speed with your hands or arms. You'll work through True Swing signature drills that connect the pendulum feel of the swing to fuller motion, helping you improve contact, build consistency, and generate power without strain or overthinking.
