Fitsteps for All Bodies (or FAB for short) is a dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity, lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. FAB combines old style dance genres such as the Bossa Nova & Foxtrot to the Flamenco & Argentine tango.
The workout combines sway and swing roots, making it great fun to do whether young or simply young at heart.
The dance steps are easier to follow enabling more participants to have fun getting fit while learning classic dances of the ages.
Within this duel training course you will learn the FitSteps 4x4 workout which includes the core 4 dances from the FitSteps programme;
- Quickstep
- Waltz
- Cha Cha Cha
- Jive
You will also learn the FAB 4x4 workout which includes the core 4 dances from the FAB programme;
- Swing Jive
- Charleston
- Bossa Nova
- Foxtrot
You receive instant access to tutorial videos and online resources that provide you with all that you need to prepare for your online assessment. Once qualified you will unlock all other FitSteps and FAB dances as part of your monthly or annual membership as well as being given marketing materials and branding to launch your own successful classes!
There is no time limit for this course, you take it at your own pace. Average time that learners take to qualify from initial sign up is 3 - 4 weeks.
A membership is required to teach FitSteps or FitSteps FAB, monthly membership starts at £24 per month or £240 for the year.

Heavy Duty Plates That Rocks
These are very sturdy plates; you don't have to worry about them folding up on you, but you can't put too much on them either, they are small plates. They are 6 inches, but the center of the plate is 4 inches, think one burger bun size. Pretty much Tapas and snacks, these would be excellent for what they were labeled as intended for.....Birthday's, Wedding's, and Office Parties. With a 500 count you definitely would not have to worry about running out. Despite their size these are very durable plates, and you don't have to worry about throwing them in the microwave and scrapping up parts of the plate afterwards for a meal like lasagna which says a lot.
