This Fender Custom Shop '50s Telecaster is brought to us by the incredible luthiers in Corona, CA in a beautiful Faded Aged Gold Frost Finish, and with a Journeyman Relic. Based on the original '52 Tele model, this FCS gem recreates an iconic classic with vintage specs that would make any collector or player foam at the mouth.

The foundation of this iconic instrument is a 2-piece Ash body, sorted for weight to ensure the lightest Tele possible, cut to the exact shape of the original '52. The body features a control plate which has been reversed, allowing for simpler access to the volume and tone knobs for adjustments while strumming, and less worry of knocking the 3-way pickup selector switch for heavy-handed players. Directly above that, a beautiful stark white parchment pickguard contrasts its gold body color.

The body is attached to a rift sawn, maple neck with a sturdy 4-bolt connection. This '57-style Soft "V" profile neck features a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, divided by 21 Medium Jumbo frets, with Micarta Black dots found between them. At the heart of this FCS instrument are its pickups, two relic'd '51-era single coil Blackguard single-coils that recreate one of the most iconic guitar tones in history. Crafted to match the Journeyman relic'd appearance of the guitar, these pickups deliver a vintage-inspired tone reminiscent of the original '51 Blackguard Tele pickups, an extremely limited run rumored to be only about 200 sets.

Visually, the standout feature of this Telecaster is its Frost Gold finish, carefully faded and aged to achieve a unique look. Its FCS Journeyman Relic treatment finds a balance between the totally unused appearance of a New Old Stock (N.O.S.) Fender, and the well-worn look of a Heavy Relic. Its nitrocellulose lacquer finish adds to its vintage look, providing a slight touch of checking to the finish, while allowing the wood to breathe and resonate at the same time.

Finishing details on this beautiful instrument include chrome, knurled knobs, chrome-plated tuning machines, and an ashtray-style bridge, all featuring the same Journeyman treatment afforded to the rest of the guitar.

Wood & Metal Desk Organizer – Sturdy but Assembly Needed
This desk drawer organizer and pen holder is made from wood and painted metal and looks nice once assembled. The type of wood isn’t specified, but it feels heavy and solid. The pen holder requires assembly, which can be a bit tricky since no instructions are included. You need to attach the two wooden sides to the wooden bottom first, then add the metal sides. The screws are included, along with two mini screwdrivers, but the tools are very small and the wood is very hard, so I needed help to finish assembly. Once assembled, the items look attractive and feel sturdy. My organizer arrived with a small chip in one of the metal pieces, leaving a spot where the black paint is missing, which is noticeable. The organizer works best as shown in the listing photos — for larger items like glasses, wallets, cell phones, or keys. The sides of the organizer aren’t completely flush with the bottom, so very small items like paper clips could get stuck or fall through. To protect desktops, the organizer comes with four stick-on felt pads for the corners, and the pen holder has a rectangular felt pad that you attach yourself. Overall, it’s attractive, sturdy, and useful, but assembly can be a little challenging.

The Best Cable Management Solution for IT Work — Reusable, Reliable, and Professional
Size: 150Pk - 8" x 1/2", Style: Cord Wrap Cable Ties, Color: Black and Gray
TL;DR: I’ve been using these VELCRO Brand cable ties for years as an IT field tech. They hold tight, are endlessly reusable, and keep cables tidy. Great for both home and professional setups. Full Review: As an IT field technician, I’ve tried countless ways to keep cables organized, and these VELCRO Brand cable ties are simply the best. They’re reusable, strong, and easy to reposition — ideal for network racks, AV installs, or just cleaning up cords around the house. Functionality: Top-notch. The hook-and-loop material is aggressive enough to hold firmly, but not so sticky that it clings to everything else in your tool bag. They wrap cleanly, stay put, and release easily when you need to re-route cables. They’re reliable enough for professional jobs and flexible enough for home use. Storage Capacity: Each strap holds more than you’d expect — I rarely need to link two together. They handle thick cable bundles or power cords just fine on their own. And when I do need more length, it’s easy to join a second strap for a larger wrap. The two-color mix (black and gray) is great for keeping different cable types separated — for instance, network vs. power. The thin profile also helps keep bundles neat and professional-looking. These have earned me plenty of compliments from higher-ups for clean cable runs and well-organized setups. Once you switch to these, you’ll never want to deal with cutting zip ties again.
