  Thaw as many breasts as you would like to cook.

  Preheat oven to 375F. Set buffalo drizzle sauce aside. Unwrap each packet and place them on a cookie sheet or a sided pan. Open the packets and use the foil wrap to line the pan, as the bleu cheese filling may leak when cooking. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and 165F. If the bleu cheese filling leaks, simply use a spatula or small spoon and push it back into the chicken. Drizzle with creamy buffalo sauce or use it for dipping if you prefer.

  Serve with brown rice (warn in micro-safe dish in 1 minute intervals til warmed throughout, add butter, salt, pepper as desired) and a green veggie.
