Product description:

Add Bluetooth to your Windows or Linux computer and open the door to cordless convenience with Bluetooth headsets, headphones and speakers, along with Bluetooth mice, keyboards, and other devices.

Bluetooth 4.0 allows connection with recent Bluetooth Low Energy ("BLE" or "Bluetooth Smart") devices like Fitbit fitness trackers, iBeacons, and the latest generation of mice and keyboards. (BLE devices not supported in Windows 7 and earlier. Fitbit requires the Fitbit Windows 10 app).

Works with 32- and 64-bit Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, & Windows 10. Supports recent versions of popular Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Mint, and Fedora. (* Linux kernel versions 3.0.34, 3.2.20, and 3.4 and later)

Works with all Raspberry Pi models with Raspbian or Ubuntu Mate, including the new Raspberry Pi Zero. (Does not work with Windows IoT core on the Raspberry Pi)

Linux computers may need additional software and setup, and may not support all Bluetooth profiles. Specialized or minimal Linux verisons may not have Bluetooth support built into the kernel, and might not work without significant configuration. Many Linux distributions do not use the latest versions of BlueZ and Pulseaudio, which can create compatibility problems with devices unless those components, and the kernel, are updated.

Note: Some recent audio devices have pairing issues in Windows 7 or below, and in Linux with certain versions of BlueZ and Pulseaudio, due to their Bluetooth implementation. Beats and Bose audio devices may require downloading drivers from Plugable. Prior to Windows 8, Windows did not support Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth Smart/BLE) and related profiles. While most Bluetooth 4.0 and above headsets, headphones, and speakers work well with the Plugable Bluetooth adapter in Windows XP through 10, they may require downloading specific drivers. Plugable can help with this.

Compact size means you can leave it in your laptop when you are on the go. Connects up to 32 feet (10 meters) away.

Supports the following Bluetooth profiles (profile version varies):

  • Windows XP
    • Bluetooth Core Spec Version 3.0
    • WIDCOMM software provides support for — A2DP, AVCTP, AVDTP, AVRCP, BIP, BNEP, BPP, DUN, FTP, GAVDP, HCRP 1.2, HFP, HID, HSP, OPP, PAN, PBAP, RFCOMM, SPP, SDAP, SYNC
  • Windows Vista & 7
    • Bluetooth Core Spec Version 4.0 (No support for Bluetooth Low Energy)
    • WIDCOMM software provides support for — A2DP, AVCTP, AVDTP, AVRCP, BIP, BNEP, BPP, DUN, DID, FTP, GAVDP, HCRP, HFP, HID, HSP, MAP, OPP, PAN, PBAP, RFCOMM, SPP, SDAP, VDP
  • Windows 8, 8.1, & 10
    • Bluetooth Core Spec Version 4.0
    • WIDCOMM software provides support for — A2DP, AVCTP, AVDTP, AVRCP, BNEP, DUN, DID, FTP, GATT, GAVDP, HCRP, HFP, HID over GATT, HID, HSP, OPP, PAN, PBAP, PXP, RFCOMM, SPP (limited*), SDAP, SYNC
    • Windows 10's Bluetooth stack provides support for:
      • Classic Profiles — A2DP, AVRCP, DUN, DI/DID, HCRP, HFP, HID, OPP, PAN, SPP(limited*)
      • Low Energy Profiles (most via RFCOMM) — Battery, Blood Pressure, HID over GATT, GATT (client only, server coming in Windows 10 Creators Update), Heart Rate, Health Thermometer, Running Speed and Cadence, Scan Perameters. Additional profiles coming in Windows 10 Creators Update.
  • Linux
    • With kernel version 4.9+, BlueZ 5.44+, Pulseaudio 10+, and oFono
      • Classic Profiles — A2DP*, AVCTP, AVDTP, AVRCP, AVRCS, DID, DUN, GAVDP, GOEP, HCRP, HDP, HFP*, HID over GATT, HID, IAP, MAP, MPS, OBEX, OPP, PAN, PBAP, RFCOMM, SAP, SPP
      • Low Energy Profiles — Alert Notification, Cycling Speed and Cadence, GATT, HID over GATT, Heart Rate, PXP, Scan Perameters, Time

Note: Many devices require support for multiple profile to fully pair and function. Software issues are the responsibility of Broadcom for WIDCOMM software, Microsoft for the Windows stack, and the respective Bluetooth open source projects for Linux issues. Linux support for Bluetooth is frequently updated and often has bugs with particular profiles, profile support information is based on Bluetooth SIG qualified listing data and release note information from software developers.

*Windows Serial Port Profile support is mostly available for devices rather than developers in Windows 8 and above. Microsoft recommends using RFCOMM instead of SPP in recent Windows versions.

*Linux support for Bluetooth audio such as A2DP and HFP/HSP is undergoing significant development and may not function as changes occur.

Easy instructions, comfortable cushions
Color: Pink
I just put it together and I love it!!! It's so comfortable and it was easy to put together. You can rock it back and forth which helps your back. The seat is very wide and the cushion is thick. Pink is my favorite color, and this chair satisfies my pink obsession.

Wonderful chair
Color: Dark Black
I bought this office chair as a sewing tool, you might say. I felt that having an office chair on wheels would get me from the sewing machine to the ironing board and then to the cutting board and back to the sewing machine. I was having to get up and down to get around to all these places before and this saves me so much time and effort. I’m 71 so when the box came I was hesitant to try to bust into it and put it together but it went together so easily. It’s very comfortable and the lumbar support feels great on my low back. When I first sat down after the assembly process, the chair cushion tipped down in the front but after contacting the support team I was advised to tighten the tilt tension located under the chair and that fixed me right up! All and all, my chair is the perfect addition to my sewing area at a very affordable price. I couldn’t be happier!

Comfortable, affordable, and great for small spaces!
Color: Light Purple, Color: Light Purple
I had previously left a review of two stars, but have since deleted that review after I've owned the chair for a few weeks now. Initially, I stated the chair was uncomfortable and not cushioned at all. But this issue quickly resolved after sitting it for a longer time, it seems the cushion molds to you. So it may be uncomfortable the first few times sitting on it, but it eventually softens. The cushion is now soft yet sturdy. You don't sink in too much, but it's comfortable for sitting for long periods of time. I personally enjoy the mesh back as well, it supports my lower back and doesn't cause back pain. Normally I have to use a cushion of my own to support my lower back for most chairs, but this one actually supports me in a way that doesn't require an extra cushion - so that's really nice. The chair is fairly on the smaller end, which is perfect for low desks or tight spaces, which is exactly what I wanted. The height can be adjusted, but even at the highest setting, it is still fairly low. Keep that in mind - it may not be super comfortable for those over 6 ft. The arms flip up which makes storing it under a low desk very easy. The cushion is thick and very accurate to the picture. I love that it is lightweight and doesn't make much noise when rolling the chair. It also feels very sturdy. Some of the reviews say it feels flimsy, and I don't know if some are just assembling it incorrectly, because for me this thing is very strong and holds up quite nicely under my weight. Overall, this is exactly what I wanted for my personal living space. A chair that's not too bulky, but comfortable enough to sit in for long hours. It functions as advertised for this purpose. One final thing -- the color selection is gorgeous. I bought the light purple color and it fits my setup nicely! Color was accurate to the picture, and looks very cute and adorable in my space.

Surprisingly amazing chair!
Color: Pink, Color: Pink
tl;dr: If you need a chair that has the features of this one, then this one is a winner! Hits above its weight class for sure. My wife is 5’. She’s small. For whatever reason she ended up with a chair made for big people, like 6+ feet and up to 500lbs type of a chair. She’d often even sleep on it and chill on it. The chair was big enough to fit 2 of her to be honest. It was an expensive chair that I won at some raffle and didn’t like myself. Over the years it ripped (got a cover for it) and even started to get lopsided (from the sleeping) and finally a spring broke (hence the pillow on it in the pictures) She obviously lives pink. I also wanted to get a chair where she could work and not end ip asleep on. Not like we have a couch or a bed for that 😂. This chair is very obviously smaller than her previous chair, it’s also significantly cheaper in price and build, it’s also not as durable feeling or stable, and it’s just not as padded. Yet somehow it’s an amazing chair that we both like better than her previous chair??? Like it’s crazy that this chair somehow works better in so many ways. Her desk is modified to be shorter than normal desks (again, she small lol) and her previous chair was just too big. The wheels are also like SUPER smooth, like you can run a chair race easily with it. It rolls over her rug and tucks into her desk (which is in our bedroom) easily. The amount of space this has save us when the chair isn’t being used is a lot. Previous chair was much bigger and didn’t tuck in at all. The color is nice and the padding is plenty for a small and much lighter than 500lbs woman. I’m 6 feet and 200 lbs and the chair is nice for me as well. My chair is bigger and more secure in the backing, which is similar to this one. The lowest tension setting on my chair is still too high for her to lean back on my chair. This chair has a lower tension minimum and she can easily lean back freely, as well as keep enough tension to work without sagging. This chair is surprisingly outstanding! I’m sure my wife will destroy it quicker than the last one, but it’s so cheap that even if it only lasts 1-3 years, I’ll happily buy it ones or twice more 🤷🏽‍♀️. Maybe by then they’ll invent a comfortable titanium chair that’s affordable that she won’t destroy 😂.
