EVOC’s VENTI FLAP with uphill and downhill modes offers extra ventilation when ascending and an even tighter fit while descending. The HIP PACK PRO 3 ensures sufficient water supply with a HYDRATION BLADDER COMPARTMENT up to 1.5 l as well as a bottle holder. If you encounter technical problems on your ride, the exterior quickly and easily accessible TOOL COMPARTMENT will hold repair kit, tools, etc. The pack is also equipped with COMPRESSION STRAPS to adapt the volume, a BACKLIGHT CLIP, a KEY CLIP, spacious zippered pockets in the hip wings and much more. Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
