Directions

Use only as directed. Take 30ml (2 Tablespoons) daily preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before a meal or as directed by your health care professional. Best taken as is or can be added to water or your favourite beverage if required. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
