The A-frame legs of this old bench are supported by single stretchers, with the tops of the legs slotting directly into the thick, weathered elm top. The ends of the large joints that fit into the seat are clearly visible which is an authentic feature of Chinese joinery

Our benches are at least 100 years old and are beautifully rustic.  Expect signs of age and use, which only adds to it’d beauty and charm
