This exhaust is known to fit the Tao Tao 4FUN Go-Kart.  Please verify the measurements before purchasing this exhaust.  May fit other makes and models.

Exhaust details:

  • Overall length: 25.0 inches approximately
  • Silencer length: 8.75 inches 
  • Silencer OD: 3.5 inches
  • Pipe OD: 1.0 inch 
  • Pipe ID: 0.86 inch
  • Mounting flange holes are 1.98 inches center-to-center apart
  • Mounting eye bracket for head: 
  • 1st 90° bend is 7.5 inches from silencer - pipe has 4.0 inch ballooned portion.
  • 2nd 90° bend is 6.5 inches from 1st bend and has a small two piece pipe coming off of it.
  • 101760

This exhaust system is almost identical to the one we have for the ATK 4150.  The only difference I could see is the size of the holes in the exhaust flange.

We don't get any exhaust assemblies that are cosmetically perfect.  They all have a few Dings and Scratches on them from their overseas journey.  If you need a perfect one, better to buy somewhere else.
