A very tall and glossy orangey-red SCHEURICH KERAMIK 'Inka' relief decor vase Nr. 260/30 with a black interior.

SCHEURICH had its origins in a joint venture launched in 1928 by Alois Scheurich and his cousin Fridolin Greulich in the small town of Schneeberg near the Czech border in Saxony—wholesaling glass, porcelain, and ceramics. The business was moved to the market community of Kleinheubach in the northeast corner of Bavaria in 1938, and ten years later the partners began producing household ceramics of their own, selling them under the name Scheurich & Greulich. In 1954 the partnership was dissolved, and Alois founded SCHEURICH GmbH & Co. KG to continue production on his own. Scheurich recruited the celebrated designer Heinz Siery the following year. Siery developed production techniques for the firm as well as designs.

SCHEURICH's overarching manufacturing strategy was to produce a wide array of simple forms that could be decorated in a great variety of glazes. This resulted in an extensive product range that was readily adaptable to the public's changing tastes. Coupled with affordable pricing, the approach led to SCHEURICH’s dominance of the German ceramics industry beginning in the late 1960s—and millions in sales. Designs were adapted twice a year. Through the 1980s, SCHEURICH produced more pottery than any other German manufacturer, much of it for export.

The earliest SCHEURICH pieces sport discrete colors and simple geometric patterns. In the late 1960s and the '70s, its glazes were largely characterized by brown-and-green color schemes, sometimes accented with more vibrant hues. Nonetheless, certain décors of the period featured the bold lava and volcanic finishes that are so admired today. Molded décors inspired by ancient cultures or patterns from nature were also represented. By the late 1980s, shapes and color scales became plainer and the work less attractive.

Perfect socks for all day wear
Size: Medium, Color: White
Light weight dry fit. Extremely comfortable very functional fits nice and is not too thick but not too thin. I wouldn’t say they are slip resistant but I am not going to try sliding around in them. I would buy again and choose over other brands I have tried before

ASICS Has the BEST No Show Socks
Size: Large, Color: White
ASICS has the best no show socks. My first pairs are from 10+yrs ago and I was thrilled to be able to find them still available in 2026. I wash and hang them to dry without any change in size or shape. Size Medium fits perfect. (I wear size 9 shoes, normal width, 10" feet). NOTE: I haven't run in them but walked briskly and they don't budge in tennis shoes and duck boots.

Better than most
Size: Large, Color: White
I was so sad when my size of the woman’s specific no show invasion socks were sold out and there not making more. But these had around the same size, not uncomfortable, and a lot better then most I can find if still a step down from the previous. Still love them! A good buy
