Tunnelbanan 2 is part of my series Tunnelbaneserien. This series takes place on the train as it passes Gamla stan. Outside the window you see the same part of the city, while the people and their stories keep changing.

I paint small moments between people, meetings, longing, feeling safe and being brave in the middle of everyday life. With colour, details and short bits of text. I want to show the soft, human side of something as simple as a subway ride. The series is about love in different forms and the quiet hope we carry with us.

You can put all the illustrations together for a full view of the series (as seen in the second picture) or buy each one separately.

If you're thinking of buying the 50 x 70 cm size, please be aware that the image is cropped compared with the original 30 x 40 cm size. This can change how the artwork looks and how it lines up with the other posters in the series if you plan to collect them all. To keep the original composition, I recommend 30 x 40 cm.
