CINNAMON PAINTNathaniel Whittock published The Decorative Painters and Glaziers Guide in 1827 giving the recipe of this colour as Vandyke brown, Kings yellow, Venetian red and whiting. We have followed his recipe but used black and umber instead of Vandyck, just to take the heat out of it and to make it a better wall paint, perfect for hallways. Cinnamon is available in lighter shades of the original, so 60%, 40% and 20% lighter for versatility.
