Appearance

Light mahogany with warm amber hues — a natural colour derived entirely from the sherry seasoned oak casks, with no artificial colouring.

Aroma

Inviting and complex on the nose, with rich dried fruits — raisins, dates and apricots — alongside warming ginger spice, dark chocolate and a gentle undercurrent of vanilla oak. Subtle floral notes add elegance and depth.

Palate
