Ideal for in-stores, and wherever making donuts from scratch is not an option, Belshaw Adamatic's Thermoglaze TG50 is a system that re-heats and glazes frozen donuts. The Thermoglaze system provides a method for preparing pre-fried frozen donuts and other baked goods, with results that equal (and often surpass) the quality of freshly made product.



The ThermoglazeTG50 can process all the varieties of frozen donuts currently available including ring donuts, fritters, long johns, cream and jam-filled donuts and many others. Thermoglaze is easy to learn, can be used in front of customers, and requires no ventilation hood.



The Thermoglaze TG50 processes approximately 50-75 dozen donuts per hour. Heating time and temperture can be modified.



The Thermoglaze TG50 uses 17 x 25 inch glazing screens, Belshaw Part Nbr. SL-200-0004. Each screen holds 2 dozen donuts. 24 or more screens are recommended.



These screens can be found by typing Glazing Screen into the search bar of the website.



Frozen donuts (or similar product) are first thawed in a proofer at approximately 105°F (40°C). Donuts can be held in a proofer for up to five hours before processing in the TG50.



After thawing/holding in a proofer, the screens full of donuts are placed on the TG50's conveyor for heating and glazing. This takes less than 5 minutes.



Glaze is pumped up to a dispenser which coats each donut with a 1/8 thick curtain of glaze as they pass through. For iced donuts, the flow of glaze is turned off, and donuts can be iced on a Belshaw H&I-2 or H&I-4 icer.

I care most about the ingredients, and this Madagascar Centella Ampule is excellent — all the ingredients are safe, with no potential harm to your health, and it’s Yuka app approved with a 100/100 safety score. I feel confident using it on my sensitive, super oily, acne-prone skin. It’s super lightweight, absorbs quickly, and is not sticky at all — after applying, you just feel comfortable hydration. Even after a few hours, my skin doesn’t get oily, unlike some other serums I’ve used. It helps calm my skin and restore the barrier, which is perfect for my skin type. Even when I have acne wounds, it doesn’t irritate or sting — it’s extremely gentle. For sensitive, super oily, acne-prone skin like mine, it works wonderfully. Living in Utah, one of the driest states in the U.S., this serum keeps my skin hydrated even in very dry conditions, and a little goes a long way — 1–1.5 drops cover my face and neck. Using more can make my skin slightly oily, so just the right amount works perfectly. For someone with dry skin, results may differ, but for my skin type, it works beautifully. It’s also super affordable, and I’m glad it’s available on Amazon, with occasional great deals at Costco. I appreciate that it’s accessible at this price because this serum helps my skin a lot — very gentle on my acne-prone, sensitive, super oily skin. The serum is super easy to apply with the dropper, which keeps other things from getting into the bottle — it’s perfect for easy, hygienic application. Just note that the bottle is glass, so be careful — it may break if dropped. I’ve only been using it for three weeks, but it’s already a staple.
