Salty Pineapple

Sodium chloride (Lake Deborah Salt, Western Australia), potassium chloride, magnesium gluconate, citric acid, tartaric acid, *natural pineapple flavour, silica, organic stevia.

*natural flavours, using real fruit oils for each flavour. For example, SODII Salty Citrus flavour contains lemon oil. However, it's not as simple as extracting oil from a fruit and adding into our electrolyte blend. It needs to be combined with small amount of a carrier ingredient to hold the flavouring. The carrier that is most commonly used in supplements and health foods is maltodextrin, known for its taste, mixability and product performance. 
The small amount of maltodextrin found in our natural flavouring is a starch from corn, made by a process called hydrolysis, which breaks down the starch from corn.
