Manufactured from HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), the Seedling Value Pack is an ideal solution for starting seeds in any nursery environment. With forty-eight, well-drained cavities each, these trays provide an optimal environment for seedlings to sprout and establish their root systems before transplantation. The compact, individual cavity design enables each plug to form a strong root system which facilitates the transplanting of seedlings. The smooth surface of the HIPS material also helps facilitate easy plug extraction. This minimizes root disturbance and transplant shock, leading to higher survival rates when transferring seedlings to larger containers or garden beds.

Ideal for nurserymen and home growers alike, they are also very popular with the growers and suppliers of microgreens, which are nutrient-rich and flavourful young greens commonly used in salads and garnishes. They are ideal for placing inside small propagation domes, as well as being suitable for sowing small quantities of seed or propagating small quantities of cuttings, where the alternative use of a larger propagation tray to propagate these small amounts, would only result in wasted space.
