The vineyards are farmed responsibly with minimal ecological impact. Whole-cluster fermentation and limited oak allow the site to show through clearly—red cherry and dried cranberry layered with cardamom, forest floor, and a floral lift of rose petal, all carried by bright acidity and fine, dusty tannins.
