The BOSU Balance Ball targets the core muscles of your body - those muscles around your abdominal and back area helping you not only to gain strength, trim and tone, but also to help coordinate your entire body as one unit.
A combination of extremely tough materials and non-slip pads on the base provides stability and protection when used on hard & flat surfaces. The resistance bands on the sides adds an extra dimension to balance ball exercises by providing a "total body" workout.

Everything was just okay about this bag. I expected more of a high quality and gorgeous suede and it really looked like I could have gotten it at target. It did not lay quite right as a crossbody for me so I returned it. The color is very pretty and it is made very well.
