How do we use this product?

Substitute a portion of the white flour in baked goods for a protein and fiber boost.  To find the best combinations, you can test with your favorite recipes and replaced a portion of the other flours this quinoa flour. Some recipes come alive with a half-and-half substitution: 50% quinoa, 50% all-purpose. Others worked best at 25%.

This flour can easily be adapted to a broad range of healthy baking recipes, from desserts, flatbread, pancake, muffins to breads.  It can also be added directly to soups and stews as a thickening agent.
