- All items are PRE-ORDER, preorder items is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Pre-order duration for items to be ship is after 20 WORKING DAYS excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday depending que preorders. Items will be ship by POS Laju/J&T Express. Estimate time for items to be ship will be inform once confirmed for proceed preorders.
- Off-white color items may require inner as 20% see-through. No fitting as items is online preorder.
- Full payment requires to proceed preorder. Once made payment, kindly WhatsApp us at 0174108280 and inform you order number.
- Own custom measurements is customers own responsibility, we are not responsible for any fault in customers provided measurements. Please confirm your details and measurements. Changing details or measurements after confirmation may incur additional charges.
- Basic Alterations (Cut basic skirt length, adjust dart top & waist top) will be charge RM50. Major Alterations (Adjust most parts of outfit such as shoulder, top arm, armhole, waist skirt, etc) will be charge RM250. As outfit is preorder based on specific size requested by customers & non-exchangeable, the process of major alteration is similar in tailoring of 1 outfit which includes unpick the overlock stitches, cutting into correct size, overlock again and sewing back the outfit.
- No urgent alteration and alteration takes 14 working days depending production slot, que orders and situation. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder.

Perfect for my dog

Pup loves this!

My pup loves his soccer balls. These are very durable although if you have a dog that doesn't grasp the concept of using the loops/straps to carry it, teeth could puncture it. They are a good value for the money if your dog likes to chase the ball, I get the smaller size ball for my dog (medium dog). They come with a pump but if you have a bicycle pump or a battery operated pump, it will fill much faster. Ours stay outside and even in the winter, they hold up well, just need a bit more air occasionally to keep it pumped up.

Well that didn't last long!

He loved it for the 15 minutes it took to destroy it! Cute design, but the material was thin enough to penetrate with his teeth and it was all over in a very short time! He still carries the carcass around and tries to play with it...it's sad. Definitely not for strong chewers.

Decent ball

Context: I have a busy, anxious Corgi.
I like that it came with a pump to air it up.
My dog likes the tag feature on it which made the ball easy to carry. She chewed off the tags pretty quick.
She didn’t like herding this one as much. She prefers herding a basketball over this ball.
The ball sits in the backyard through all the weather and elements and has held up pretty well. We’ve had it about a year and it’s still a good toy.
