Do note:

1. Letterings are made of vinyl stickers or iron-on vinyl (for fabric items), which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning or washing of item is required, please do so gently around the words. Do not peel. Click here for more care tips.
2. Font type and vinyl colours are fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
3. For single line text/names, the default font is cursive.
4. Mug: by default, the text will be placed on the side with handle on the left (for right-handed persons, as shown in photo). Please add a note at checkout if you would like the wording printed on the opposite side. Hand wash only. Do not use abrasive scrubs. Wash gently over words. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
5. Ornaments and other decorations are illustration purposes only.
6. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:

At least 2-3 working days processing time is needed before delivery. May be longer during Christmas season.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
