These cakes are a blend of 50% cotton and 50% acrylic yarn with additional 100% polyester colourful slubby thread.
The cakes are stunning and one of a kind.
Suggested crochet hook/knitting needles: 2.25mm - 3.5mm
This yarn is considered to be 4 ply, no 1, super fine, fingering, sock, baby weight.
*Ombreccino flow is a yarn cake without full colour changes (except the 1st and the last one).
These cakes are designed to create smoother change from one colour to another.
The idea is to eliminate full colour changes inside the cake, so the ombre flows gradually, being softer and more delicate than in regular Ombreccino.
It is advised to start any cake with additional thread from the outside, due to the possibility of tangling as very often it has different texture than the base yarn.
I'm doing my best to show you the real colours of my yarns but due to different monitor settings, colours may be slightly different.
