Eastern tigers have several broods during the spring/summer, with the final brood overwintering as pupae. A variety of larvae hostplants are used, including lilac, cherry, and tulip tree.
Item Details:
- Earrings are with the colorful hindwing only. If forewing is preferred, just let us know. Also, sometimes we have black form female specimens available.
- Wings have a gorgeous epoxy resin finish on each side.
- Very lightweight.
- For earrings, choose .925 Sterling Silver or hypoallergenic niobium earwires. Niobium is less shiny and contains no nickel. See picture.
