First edition. An important and beautifully illustrated study of the avifauna of the Atlantic Islands, rarely found in such good condition. This book represents one of the major achievements of the illustrator, David Morrison Reid Henry (1919 - 1977) who, after the death of Lodge, became the Bannermans' main collaborator.
