By heat-treating the tonewoods, this FG5 plays with the sustain and character of more aged woods, giving the overall sound of this Yamaha an experienced and lived-in one. This classic combination of woods is met with a scalloped FG bracing pattern to enhance projection, balance, and overall tonal color.
