This meticulously produced 2021 vintage exemplifies Caruso's philosophy that "every detail matters," starting with biodynamic and organic vineyards situated 55 miles from the Pacific Ocean in the prestigious Eola-Amity Hills AVA. The wine undergoes partial whole-cluster fermentation followed by 12 months in French oak (10% new), resulting in a bright, fresh expression that balances varietal purity with a sense of place.
