ISOU, Isidore. La Photographie Lettriste, Hypergraphique, Infinitésimal et Supertemporelle. Paris: Editions PSI. 1971.

Portfolio of photographs loosely bound and housed in a presentation box; unpaginated; spotting to preliminaries and endpapers but internally clean; near fine.

A collective lettrist portfolio.

This portfolio was the Lettrist’s response to the legendry Artists & Photographs which Warhol, Lewitt, and Rauschenberg published the year before. The theoretical introduction, written by Isou, explains his innovations in photography since 1952. Isou invented infinitesimal” artworks in 1956, long before conceptual art, and an example of this type of work can be found in his exceptionally rare “infinitesimal” photograph titled Le Jardin towards the beginning of the portfolio. This piece invites the viewer to imagine a photograph of a whole garden through a single rose petal placed inside a pouch.

This portfolio is one of only two photographic collective portfolios which was created by the entirety of the Lettrist movement. The second was published twenty years later, in 1990, and that publication was produced without Lemaître. This copy is number four in a limited print run of thirty-five as stated in pencil to the limitation page. All the photographs and text are signed by the artists. Loosely inserted is a poster for the “Galerie Fischbacher” by Sabatier and the portfolio is comprised of twenty original photographs by the Lettrists: Arkitu, Battini, Broutin, Canal, Courteau, Lemaître, Sabatier, Sarthou, Tayarda, Venturini, Berreur, Curtay, Gillard, Hachette, Poyet, Satié, Scarnati, Roehmer, Tarkieltaub and Isou.

Great Power and Creamy Foam
Color: White
This frother is amazing and has really good power. It creates creamy, smooth foam in seconds and works perfectly for iced lattes, cappuccinos, and matcha. I love that it’s rechargeable and lightweight, but still feels strong and high quality. As someone who loves coffee, this has become one of my favorite tools for making café-style drinks at home. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on my coffee station.

Powerful easy to operate but splashes
Color: Black
Excellent frother--Very powerful and easy to turn on/off with one button. The only downside is it requires a deep container in which to froth. The frothing pitcher I had was too small and milk splashes everywhere. There is no lower speed so it works fast. I am using a deep insulated container now for frothing. Otherwise, very quite, easy to operate no pushing down on the top like other frother wands. I love it as long as I can control it to limit the splashing.

Froths Milk in Seconds
Color: Black
Frother I had for a couple of years broke. Based on reviews I bought this. Love it being rechargable. The POWER! It froths milk in seconds. Also great for that after workout protein drink. Also is a little longer than my last frother so it works great with larger glasses.

This frother is absolutely amazing such power behind it . Quality is just as amazing made very rugged. And I love the stand and the best thing about it is no more batteries to change now we just charge it up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to everyone and I will be buying more of these for gifts and more for our winter home also. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Works as described
Color: Black
Love this whisk. I have arthritis and this is light weight enough for me to use. I love the push button, and the stand for it. It’s really easy to clean, and it blends my shakes nicely without leaving the powder behind.
