Description:
Cortec® Cor-Pak® 1-MUL Pouches contain Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®) powder and provide corrosion protection for metals within a package. The VpCI® vaporizes, escapes through the pouch's breathable Tyvek membrane, and adsorbs on all metal surfaces in the enclosure, forming a protective rust inhibiting molecular layer. The VpCI® layer does not require removal from the parts; they can be used immediately. The VpCI® action protects recessed and difficult to reach surfaces and the molecular layer is self-replenished to provide continuous protection even if the package is opened and resealed.

Each pouch protects up to 1 cubic foot of enclosed space.
Size:
Cor-Pak® 1-MUL Pouches are 2.5" x 2.75" flat breathable pouches packed 300 per carton.
How to Use:
Manually or automatically insert a Cor-Pak® 1-MUL Pouch into your package. Then simply close and seal the package shortly after.
Typical Applications:
Used to prevent rust on carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and alloys, copper and alloys. Successful usages include: completed assemblies, parts and components, parts in antistatic packages, motors, mechanical controls, precision machined or stamped parts, marine and commercial electronic equipment, electrical equipment and tools.
