When measure your existing belt size, you measure from the buckle prong to the centre hole(No.3 hole if it have 5 holes) of the belt.
The belt size is in this measuring method, not from end to end measure.
For example, if you are a size 38" waist, we suggest you order 38" belt or 40" belt and if size 37" waist may be 38" belt or 40" belt.
Depending of your situation, we recommend one size larger than the usual waist size, This is to increase the fit and make sure there is enough space for your comfort.
