SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:

1. Operator selects a knockdown carton and opens it to form a sleeve.
2. The carton is presented at a 45 degree angle towards the shoe of the packing sled closing the rear bottom minor flap, then moved forward and down to level the carton to fold in the front bottom minor flap.
3. Operator advances the carton to the infeed guides and the bottom majors are folded by the guide rail then sealed by the bottom tape head.
4. The carton is packed (if used with optional 2300 w/ top plow, sequence continues below).
5. Operator folds in the top rear minor flap and holds it down while introducing the carton into the extended side belt drive.
6. As the carton advances, the top front minor flap closes. The major flaps begin to fold by the upper guide rails and operator removes their hand from the top rear minor flap.
7. Top major flaps are folded completely and the carton is propelled past top taping head which applies the top tape seal.
