Due to the nature of these products, exchanges/returns can only be made for unopened, non-personalized items still in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. If unhappy with your purchase or if items were damaged in transit, please contact our shop immediately, and we will exchange/return items as needed and make it right.
